Brent’s Fine Food & Catering started when husband and wife, Brent and Jessica Danieli, decided to combine their culinary and business degrees with their love of food. As they both grew up in Essex County, they decided it was time to start sharing their fresh, seasonal and delicious dishes with their family, old friends and new friends.
Our Business
Brent’s Fine Food & Catering offers a wide range of menu items for any occasion as well as the option to customize your own menu. Customers can select to have their food dropped off or can request to have onsite cooking. Birthday parties, special events, dinner parties, cooking classes, no matter the event, think of us!
In addition, Brent’s Fine Food & Catering will offer a weekly family meal that will allow families to spend more time creating memories than preparing and cooking dinner!
Our Chef
Brent Danieli, owner and head chef, was born and raised in Essex County, New Jersey. His passion for food started when he cooked with his grandmother everyday after elementary and middle school in Nutley. In high school, he learned the essentials of cooking at Frank Anthony’s in Verona. After high school, he studied culinary and business at Johnson and Wales University in Rhode Island. During college, he interned at the Mar Lago Club in Florida, where he cooked for President Trump, his family and guests. After graduating from Johnson and Wales University, he worked for Top Chef participant and Beat Bobby Flay winner, Ariane Duarte, for 7 years at CulinAriane in Montclair and Ariane’s Kitchen & Bar in Verona. Through all his learning experiences, he decided it was time to open up his own business that would reflect his own style and passion for food!
